All items ship with first-class tracked postage with the exception of patches.

I am not responsible for errors on the part of the buyer, such as errors in the shipping address provided.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen goods. It is your responsibility as the buyer to have items shipped to a secure location and to follow the tracking number. Once the package is shipped it is out of my hands.
